You may or may not have been at October Synergy where we introduced R.A.O.K but this is a reminder to everyone that we'll be having a R.A.O.K slot at the next Synergy for you guys to tell of the crazy random acts of kindness you've been upto!

By doing R.A.O.K's we can make people smile... the world definatley need more smiles, so go on... get out there and do something good for someone... then come tell us all about it at Synergy!

Some ideas to inspire you:

- make a cake and leave it at your neighbours door for them to find

- But lunch for the person behind you the the Q

- Give Steve Gaze a wig

- Buy everyone at Synergy a hot chocolate

- Help an old lady carry her shopping bags

- Smile at every person you walk past

- Start a Zara appreaciation society on facebook

- Send an encouraging text to someone

..... The possibilities are endless so use your imagination!
